1. Who we are
YouOps is a platform specialized in agentic DevSecOps orchestration and enterprise Small Language Model (SLM) engineering. We provide consulting, architecture design, and managed services to enterprise clients. Operating this website implies a relationship of trust: we treat your data with the same rigor we apply to mission-critical infrastructure.
2. Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide through our B2B contact form: name, company, corporate email, and the message describing your need. We do not use third-party tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or hidden fingerprinting. We also collect standard, ephemeral technical logs (IP, user-agent, request timestamps) required to serve and protect the website via Firebase Hosting.
3. How we use your data
Your form data is used exclusively to reply to your inquiry, prepare an initial architectural blueprint, and schedule technical sessions. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Internal access is restricted to the team members strictly required to respond to your request.
4. Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on your explicit consent by submitting the contact form, and on our legitimate interest to respond to B2B inquiries. We retain form data for up to 24 months after last contact, after which it is securely purged. You may request deletion at any time at hola@youops.com.
5. Your rights (GDPR / LOPDGDD)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise any right, contact hola@youops.com. We will respond within 30 days. If unsatisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
6. Security commitments
We extend the same Secure-by-design and Zero-Trust principles we advocate for our clients to our own infrastructure. Communications are enforced via HTTPS (HSTS preload), and form validation rejects disposable consumer email domains to reduce lead-quality abuse and accidental data leakage via public email.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect operational or regulatory changes. The 'Last updated' date above will always reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on our home page.
