Terms of Service
The rules and conditions that govern the use of the YouOps website and our consulting and engineering services.
Last updated: 2026-07-29
1. Acceptance of terms
Accessing or browsing this website implies acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Engaging our consulting or engineering services implies a separate commercial agreement that supersedes these Terms for the contracted scope.
2. Nature of the service
This website is informational and B2B in nature. It does not offer consumer services, paid subscriptions, or digital products directly. Any commercial engagement requires an explicit statement of work (SOW) signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual property
All site content — copy, code samples, design, architecture patterns described, and brand identity 'YouOps' — is the intellectual property of YouOps. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes without written authorization. Client-owned code produced under a SOW is governed by that SOW.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to disrupt, scan, or attack the site, not to submit forms with fraudulent or misleading information, and not to use the contact channel for unsolicited mass communications (SPAM). We enforce client-side corporate email validation and reserve the right to ignore requests from non-corporate or suspicious sources.
5. Limitation of liability
The content of this site is provided 'as is' for informational purposes. WeOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website before a formal SOW is in place. Architectural patterns described here are reference designs and require professional adaptation before production use.
6. Third-party references
We reference third-party technologies (AWS, Azure, AKS, Redis, GitHub, JFrog, Snyk, Checkmarx, Mend, etc.) as part of our expertise. These marks belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless explicitly stated.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where YouOps is registered. Any dispute will be primarily resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
8. Contact
